Introduction
We will send you the profile of your candidate while your profile will be sent to the candidate of your choice. Profiles will be sent without personal information such as name and contact information in order to protect one's privacy.
* The number and frequency of introductions depend upon your requests and availability.
* We cannot always guarantee to introduce you to the candidates who meet all of your requirements and desires – the more open-minded and thorough you are will increase your chances though!
* In case your candidates live abroad, at least a few candidates may be introduced at the same time when you visit (depending on their availability). You can accommodate the visit to your vacation or business trip.

Contact
When we confirm that the couple wish to meet in person, we will provide each with the contact information of your potential match. You may freely contact the person and get to know one another. You can decide upon the meeting place or we can set it up for you if you prefer.
* Even if you do not wish to meet the candidate, it is considered as one introduction.

Feedback
Let us know how things went and whether or not the two of you could be a match. In case you wish additional introductions, let us know why you did not think the two of you could be a match. This helps us find the right candidate for the next introduction.
We believe it would be better to meet the person more than once and find out more about the person before you make a final decision. You may often find a different side to a person when you get to know each other.
